Courtney is available for private individual, or small group, yoga for children and young adults. Class times, lengths, and frequency can vary depending on your needs. Whether a homeschool group or a sports team, reach out for a conversation to discuss the possibilities!
Birthday Parties (Ages 6 +)
This year, try a yoga party for the young person in your family! At the location of your choice, a themed class will last an hour and include yoga poses, games, and mindfulness exercises.
